Order Acceptance

Your business is always appreciated and every customer is important to us. Each order placed with us is handled in a quick and efficient manner. We process orders placed by 12:00 PM EST for same day shipment. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST are processed for next business day shipment or as soon as possible in the case of custom or engraved orders. We accept orders for shipment to all 50 United States as well as to Puerto Rico and Canada. Some orders may be over sized or in some manner require special shipment. Freight charges online are therefore an estimate and the exact shipping charge may vary from those shown online. For an exact quotation please call us. In rare instances, if we determine after receipt of an order that we cannot fulfill your requirements, we reserve the right to cancel. Engraved Orders

If any item that you order includes engraving you may enter the details for engraving onto your order during the checkout process.
